Points to note

• Resetting your progress is only possible for an entire chapter.
• You can’t reset your progress for an individual lesson from a chapter.
• You can’t reset your progress in a chapter you haven’t finished.
• You can’t keep resetting your progress again and again.

How do I start over?

• Find the chapter you want to reset.
• Move the cursor over the green checkmark (indicating that the chapter has been finished).
• The checkmark will become a circular arrow, click on it.
• In the popup, click Start the chapter over.
• Your progress will be reset, and you can start the chapter over.

What can be reset?

• Tasks, quizzes, dialogs, and action buttons

What cannot be reset?

• Lesson summaries can be read in any order and don’t need resetting
• Course projects

Where can I access the start-over function from?

• The course cards in your profile

• You can reset chapters both in the free track and the paid program.
• Clicking Start the chapter over will send you to the first lesson of the chapter.
• Lessons and chapters that have been finished more than once have a double green checkmark.
• If a course has only one chapter, the chapter’s name won’t be displayed in the list because these chapters cannot be reset. These include “long read chapters,” such as those in the onboarding.
• If you reset a chapter in a course you’ve finished the course will remain marked as finished.
• If you finish a chapter in the paid program and want to start it over right away, you’ll need to refresh the page so that the circular start-over arrow appears in the sidebar.
