ClipboardFusion
What is ClipboardFusion?
TripleTen lessons are jam-packed with material, and you may need to apply information and techniques that you’ve learned in earlier lessons, so taking notes is a must. That’s where a program like ClipboardFusion can come in handy.
Here’s a quick video showing how it works:
It’s a clipboard manager that stores every item you copy, so you can use it to create your own personal knowledge base as you proceed through the content.
After copying key bits of text and code on a lesson, a sprint, or the whole program, you can export your ClipboardFusion history to a text file and use it as a searchable treasury of snippets and techniques.
Note: this isn’t an advertisement, it’s a recommendation based on real users’ experience!
Installing the program
- Download, install, and run ClipboardFusion.
- Download and restore these settings (these will add an export macro, increase the maximum number of items in your clipboard, etc.)
- Download and unzip the settings files.
- Find the ClipboardFusion icon in the tray > right click > Settings > Options tab > Restore Settings > navigate to the files you unzipped and select them.
- Test it out: copy some text, then open CF with Alt+V.
How to export your history
